At Joyful Collective, each piece is thoughtfully curated with care. Because of the unique and limited nature of our items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at hello@thejoyfulcollective.com.
We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement (if the item is still available) or issue a refund to your original form of payment. To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item in your message. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
